Get a jump on your Treetop Adventure!
You can be one step ahead when you arrive for your first Adventure of the Season by having your Seasonal Waiver Release Form already completed, one of two ways:
- Requesting and completing our online Release Form or
- Clicking on the pdf icon ( ), printing and bringing with you your completed Release Form.
Each Adult Participant, 18 and older, needs to complete their own Seasonal Release Form. Participants younger than 18 years old need to have their Seasonal Release Form completed by their Parent, Legal Guardian, or a Responsible Adult who has received permission to do so from their Parent or Legal Guardian.
Prefer not to think about it until you arrive?
No worries. Either way, you’re covered. And with paperwork needed only once during the Season, you’ll be quickly set to Go Loco for Higher Adventure in the Natural State!
