25% non-refundable deposit (retaining booked status with LR!’S receipt of non-refundable balance 14 days prior to your booking)

*Requirements for Discount Offer:

MINIMUM of 10 STUDENT Participants
Teachers from the attending school may come free (per below restrictions). Teachers from other schools may receive a “Chaperone” Discount (per below restrictions).
For EVERY 2 student participants requiring adult participants, i.e., < 12 years old or < 58” tall: 1 adult participant will receive a discount (teacher participating for free; other adult participant receiving a 50% discount)
For EVERY 5 student participants NOT requiring adult participants, i.e., students 12 & older and 58” and taller: 1 adult participant will receive a discount (teacher participating for free; other adult participant receiving a 50% discount)

Supervision of Students?

1 adult participant needed for every 2 student participants < 12 years old or < 58” tall. Students 12 & older and 58” and taller may be supervised from the ground.

What about Last Minute Changes to our Head Count?

We can take care of changes upon your arrival, plus or minus, up to 10% of the secured # of participants booked, subject to Requirements.

Participants who choose not to go the End of the Line?

Sorry, refunds and exchanges will not be given for Participants not completing the course. We encourage and support all Participants in their completion of the Treetop Adventure, as well as respect their decision, at any point, to stop. We’re here to help everyone have an awesome Loco Experience!

Paperwork?

Paperwork is available online and on-site for each adult, including students 18 and older, to complete. Parents of minors may choose either to complete or have a responsible adult accompanying their child complete the Waiver Form on their child’s behalf.

Rain Checks?

Loco Ropes operates rain or shine. Refunds will not be given for rain showers, so bring your rain jacket! However, the course will be evacuated with a threat of lightning and/or high winds. Rain Checks or prorated refunds will be issued to Participants who have completed less than half of the course at the time of evacuation.

Optional Meals?

We can coordinate many food options for you. A picnic lunch (with deli sandwich, chips, drink, and a cookie) can be provided for the stated additional costs.
